2.1 Contact

Those interested in the services listed on the website operated by the Data Processor for the continuation of adult education shall initiate contact or apply for adult education via the online registration interface provided on the website. In doing so, Green Business Academy Kft. manages the following personal data:

For the purpose of contact, the data is managed by the manager of Green Business Academy Kft. and the education representative, the legal basis of which is the voluntary consent of the person initiating the contact, as well as the legitimate interest, i.e. the legitimate interest of both parties to have the appropriate data for the establishment and operation of the relationship. The telephone number and e-mail address are considered personal data only if the employee of the company or institution requesting contact provides their own private telephone number and/or private e-mail address or the contact is initiated as an individual.

In addition, the web management company that provides the technical background can access the data, but the web manager is not authorized to handle the data in any way.

After making contact, Green Business Academy Kft. only processes personal data for as long as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the relationship, after which Green Business Academy Kft. deletes the data from its records.

does not forward personal data to third parties, except for data processors in a contractual relationship with it.

Data management of training applicants and training participants

Green Business Academy Kft. advertises its adult training services for individuals and companies/institutions as part of its adult training program. The training is provided by the service provider as a free market service. The necessary data of training applicants and participants is handled exclusively for the purpose of maintaining contact during the course, concluding a contract and providing mandatory statistical data*.

Data required for concluding a contract and issuing a document certifying the successful completion of the training. Data required in addition to the above:

The data required for statistical data (these data cannot be identified by person
, as they are not linked to a specific name, i.e. they are transmitted anonymously to the national statistical online program):

The legal basis for data management in the above cases is also your consent and, in addition,
the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations. The data can be managed by the managing director of Green Business Academy Kft. and the education referees, but only until the end of the training, or for three (3) years after the training event in terms of the contact e-mail address, after which your identifiable personal data will be deleted, unless You do not stipulate otherwise in the contract. According to the accounting regulations, the receipts (by definition together with the data included in them, i.e.: name, address) must be kept for 8 years from the date of their creation.

Rights, remedy

Below we explain exactly what kind of rights the relevant legislation provides you.

The right to information : you have the right to receive appropriate information about the handling of your personal data at any time, in writing or orally, based on your well-founded request. The appropriate information must be provided for the request within one month (possibly with an extension of two months), for which no fee can be charged.

The right of access : in the event that you did not provide your personal data directly, you can request feedback at any time regarding whether your data is being processed and what kind of data we process, to whom, where we forward it, how long it is stored, i.e. everything, the for information about your personal data, including the fact of automated decision-making and profiling. You can also request a copy of the data.
